I took this photo last weekend in Golden Gate Park with my friend Nicci. At the time I did not realize I would have this much going on. I knew I was focusing on the stamen and that my shutter speed and aperture would create some levels of depth, but I didn’t expect this. I absolutely love this photo. The way the leaves and buds flow and the contrast in color. The way just the right part is in focus and the way the buds come in out of focus as though they were dancing. I only hope other people enjoy it just as much as I do.
